The Trustees of The Spring Arts & Heritage Centre warmly invite you to the
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2018
On Monday 26 November at 7.30pm Please join us from 7pm in the gallery for a drink in advance and a chance to browse in our Christmas shop.
The Annual General Meeting will begin at 7.30pm and is a chance to hear about our work in 2017-18 and some of our plans for the future. The documents for the meeting are available to download below.
Members of The Spring are entitled to vote at the AGM.
The meeting will include the election of Trustees to The Board. The Board are representatives of the membership and are responsible for ensuring the charity and company are run in accordance with UK law and for the public benefit. We have three members standing for election. Sam Garner-Gibbons has been a co-opted trustee since 2016 and is standing for election. Sam is Technical Director at Chichester Festival Theatre and advises The Spring’s team and board on matters relating to health and safety, operations and technical. New members standing for election are Paul Jessop and Richard McMillan who were co-opted by the board in 2018 and who will introduce themselves at the meeting.
