Unleash your creativity; from workshops to performances
At The Spring, we believe that arts and heritage are for everyone. Whether you’re an artist looking for opportunities, a family seeking interactive fun, or a creative spirit wanting to try something new, there are countless ways to get involved.
Join our inspiring workshops where you can explore everything from painting and craft to life drawing and dance—perfect for all ages and abilities. For those looking for a more relaxed environment to be creative, come and try out The Art Space.
Throughout the year, our spaces come alive with immersive installations and exhibitions designed to spark curiosity and imagination, offering hands-on activities and playful experiences for the whole family.
We also regularly invite artists, performers, and creative practitioners to collaborate on projects, showcase their work, or lead workshops, with open calls.
We’re passionate about supporting our community and working with local groups, schools, and organisations on projects that bring people together through arts and heritage. Explore our latest projects and opportunities or reach out.

Open Up: Creating creative futures for young people
This March, as part of our Open Up project, which supports young people in Havant Borough to access creative opportunities, raise aspirations, and boost well-being, The Spring joined The Big Give Campaign to raise £4,000 towards this initiative.
You can still support Open Up by donating to The Spring or learn more about becoming a patron to help us continue this important work.
