Joe Wells Doesn’t Want to Do Political Comedy Anymore!14th November
Tickets: £8, £7 concessions (including NHS staff)
After a sold out Edinburgh Fringe run, Portsmouth’s Joe Wells brings his latest, critically acclaimed show to Havant.
Joe has been a support act for Frankie Boyle and Alexei Sayle and has written for Have I Got News For You, so if anyone can write funny stuff about politics it should be him. But he can’t! Boris is too ridiculous, Trump is too frightening, and if he has to write one more joke about Brexit then he’s going to scream. Joe’s starting to wonder why he chose to be a satirist in the first place.
As seen on BBC3's Quickies and BBC2’s Ouch Storytelling Live.
Support from Hetty Austin and Sunjai Arif.
