A docu-drama following three characters on their journey to street homelessness.  Featuring an engineer who loses his job, a young woman escaping a relationship and an immigrant avoiding exploitation, this film is based on real life experiences and presented by actors and filmmakers with lived experience of homelessness.

On Hold is part of Home Truths, an extraordinary evening curated by The Spring examining the UK’s current housing crisis through theatre, installation and film.

During the evening, we will be displaying some installations on the theme of homelessness by Dizz Darling, an artist who has experienced homelessness and who creates work inspired by this.  Dizz will be here throughout the evening to talk about her work.
