A Christmas Carol (and Cabaret)
Tickets: £15, £13.50 concessions
Wednesday 14 December – Friday 16 December, 6.30pm
It’s nearly Christmas, and The Spring is ready to get festive! But remember, Christmas isn’t all about the children – this is a night for the adults to enjoy!
Each evening we have a performance of Living Spit’s hilarious A Christmas Carol, along with Christmas themed cabaret in the gallery before and after the show. Immerse yourself in our very own Christmas wonderland, complete with festive themed food, Christmas cocktails, bauble-making, and (hopefully) even some snow…
A Christmas Carol, 7.30pm each evening
The hilarious (and slightly rude) Living Spit are back with their unique take on A Christmas Carol. Previously here with The Six Wives of Henry VIII and Elisabeth I, Virgin on the Ridiculous, this story of Ebenezer Scrooge promises to be a feast of festival foolery with silly songs, pitiful puppetry and more Dickensian daftness than you can shake a selection box at!
Cabaret Performances from 6.30pm and after the show
Wednesday 14 December – enjoy traditional Christmas entertainment from the award winning jazz singer Hannah Castleman.
Thursday 15 December – indulge in the silly side of Christmas with all the things that make the holidays special, like shopping, telly, and Doctor Who, with Mister Meredith.
Friday 16 December – a fabulously cynical take on Christmas from one of the UK’s most celebrated cabaret stars, Dusty Limits.
Arrive from 6.30pm for all the fun, and enjoy food from Tilly the Tram outside who will be serving homemade hotpots and festive favourites. Please make sure to bring along cash if you would like to sample these festive feasts!
