You can book online, in person at the Box Office or by phone. We are happy to post tickets to your address for a charge of 70p.
We only reserve tickets for group bookings of ten or more tickets (every eleventh ticket is free). All tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All information supplied at the point of booking is held in accordance with The Spring’s Data Protection Policy.
We offer concessions to the following groups: under 18s, students, over 65s or retired, people in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (Income Based), Income Support, Employment Support Allowance (Support Component) or Personal Independence Payment. Discounts must be requested at the time of booking and may not be applied to tickets already purchased. Please note: concessions are only available where stated. Essential companions are entitled to free tickets.
We are delighted to welcome everyone into our building. Some areas are less accessible than others for wheelchair users, but we will always do our best to help and to make your visit enjoyable.
There are a limited number of wheelchair spaces available in the theatre. Please let the Box Office know if you need an accessible seat or wheelchair space when booking, and remember tickets are free for essential companions.
An induction loop is installed in the theatre to assist those with a hearing impairment. Guide dogs are welcome.
An adapted toilet with baby changing facilities is available.

When processing your bookings we will ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. We will use this information to let you know about events and other developments at The Spring.
