Lough Out Proud is the brand new LGBTQIA+ comedy night featuring the best in established and upcoming acts from the community on the UK comedy circuit.

This is night is all about giving acts and audiences alike a fun and friendly place to express themselves, kick back, have a laugh and good time in an inclusive and welcoming comedy club environment.

Whether it’s comedy, cabaret or anything in between – Laugh Out Proud is the queer night out you’re looking for.
Laugh Out Proud at The Spring will feature the stand-up-comedy delights of Ben Treloar, Russell Arathoon and Andrew White!

• Compere: Russell Arathoon – Russell, a sharp and cheeky comedian who won his first gig at Manchester Comedy Store, has performed alongside top acts like Joe Lycett and Alan Carr, appeared at prestigious clubs, debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2018 with a critically acclaimed show, and continues to perform at festivals nationwide.
• Open: Ben Treloar – Having just won Cornish Comedian of the Year 2023 and been shortlisted for the BBC New Comedy Awards, Ben is definitely one to watch. With fantastic self-deprecating punchlines and quick crowdwork, it’s easy to see why he’s getting booked across the country.
• Headline: Andrew White – Flamboyantly repressed and optimistically cynical, Andrew White is a stand-up fast rising through the comedy ranks with an act that’s “not to be missed” (Daily Record).Andrew performs all over the country at various clubs, festivals, and corporate events throughout the year. Most notably, he’s taken three successful shows to the famous Edinburgh Fringe, and will be returning for 2022 with his new hour.
