Finance Manager
If you are a financial manager who is looking for a part time role in a stimulating environment we are seeking someone with experience who can manage our financial operations.
This role oversees the finance function of both The Spring and its trading subsidiary company Havant Arts Active, providing financial management and ensuring the financial health of our organisation.
We are ready to discuss any style of working including employment or self-employed contracting, please talk to us about what would work for you.
Hours:
Flexible hybrid working – up-to 16 hours per week (some in person at our venue)
Remuneration:
Dependent on contract type but in the region of £35,000 per annum, pro rata

Project Producer – Open Up & Take Over
We are looking for a freelancer to produce a new pilot project – Open Up & Take Over – that will support young people, aged 14-18, to explore creative careers through free workshops, inspiring talks, and cultural trips – experiences they might not otherwise have access to.

Following the success of The Magic Library installation by Little Bulb in Summer 2024, we are looking to work with an artist/company to transform our Mezzanine Gallery into an interactive, magical installation for young people and their grown-ups.
