The Building

Most of our venue is accessible for wheelchair users with stair lift access to lower and upper level rooms. Our friendly Duty Manager will be on hand to help operate these lifts.

An adapted toilet with baby changing facilities is available.

Performances

If you’re coming to see a show at our venue and require an accessible seat or wheelchair space, please let our Box Office team know when booking, and remember tickets are free for essential companions.

An induction loop is installed in the theatre to assist those with a hearing impairment. Accommodations are available for registered Assistance Dogs.

Parking

Please note that the Havant Borough Council Pay and Display car park Town End House, the nearest parking facility to The Spring, doesn’t have specified accessible parking. It is also not recommended for those with mobility issues due to its location down a slope.

If you have mobility difficulties, we recommend parking in the East Pallant or Bear Hotel car park which has disabled spaces with wider parking bays and is less than 5 minutes walk to our venue. Please ensure to display a blue badge when parking in these spaces.
